Processing Time

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times range from 10-25 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Oversized items (generators, large tools, etc.) may require additional handling time and carrier surcharges. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ainoflyfamily.online within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund.
